1. Who are you and what can you do for me?
Based in Shenzhen, Yadao Packing Design Co., Ltd. is specialized in customizing jewelry display and packing items, also includes watch, perfume and gift packing design. With our own factory and with over 10 years experience in the industry, we dedicate to provide the best for you by our professional OEM &ODM service.
2. How long is your production lead time and what if it’s delayed?
Regularly it’s 25-30 days after deposit. But sometimes we have overwhelming orders that causes delay, in this case we will make sure about the production time at first before we confirm the order. Whatever the reason, the least thing we do is to lie to our buyers.
3. Is sample fee refundable?
Yes. Sample fee will be refunded in the bulk order and we will assume the responsibility for the package not arriving to you or damaged.
4. Is there goods inspection?
Before loading, we will have our staff to take photos and videos to you. Any kind of inspection is welcomed and we can offer any documents you need for customs clearance.
