One customer manager from Alibaba came to train our employees of foreign trade department

As our company are planning to build a bigger and stronger foreign trade department this year,our boss invited one of the customer manager from Alibaba - Eason to train the employees from foreign trade department.
Eason told us that it's quite important to find your own direction and make yourself more valuable.He also taught us to keep learning and try our best to be a better employee who deserves employer's praise.According to some examples,he encouraged us to shoot for a higher position - Overseas Sales Manager.
After listening to his recommendation,we learned a lot and began to think of our new year's resolutions.And I believe we will all work better in the following days.
